Last updated: August 13, 2026

Welcome to the website of Option 1 Pain & Injury Clinics (“Option 1,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This Website Is Information, Not Medical Advice

The content on this site is for general information about our clinic and services. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Using this site, or submitting a form on it, does not make you a patient and does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are evaluated at our clinic.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this website for urgent medical needs.

We Are a Private Practice

Option 1 Pain & Injury Clinics is a private medical practice. We are not part of, operated by, or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Labor, the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, or any government agency.

We treat injured federal workers and help coordinate their care; we do not decide workers’ compensation claims.

Appointment Requests

Submitting a form on this site is a request, not a booked appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when our team contacts you and confirms it.

Do Not Send Medical Information Through This Site

Our forms are for contact and scheduling only. Do not submit medical records, symptoms, claim documents, or other health information through this website.

We will collect what we need through proper channels after you contact us.
